Who I am
Kimbers Cinders is a one-person ceramic studio run by Kimberley Hall in Peckham, south London. If you have any questions about your data, email kimberscinders@gmail.com.
What this site stores on your device
This site uses a small amount of browser storage (localStorage) to remember what's in your shopping cart between visits. That's it — no analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party pixels are set by this site directly.
Checkout & payment
Checkout is handled by Shopify on their own secure pages. When you check out, you'll leave this site and go to Shopify's checkout, which has its own privacy and cookie terms. Shopify processes your name, email, shipping address, and payment details so I can fulfil your order. Card details never touch this site or my own systems.
Email & mailing list
If you email me to join the mailing list, I keep your email address in my inbox so I can let you know when new pieces drop. You can ask me to remove you at any time and I'll delete it the same day.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me what data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me at kimberscinders@gmail.com and I'll sort it within a few days.
Clearing your cart
You can clear the cart data this site stores at any time by emptying your cart, or by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.
