Shipping & returns
Where I ship
UK only for now. I'm keeping things small while Kimbers Cinders finds its feet.
Lead time
Please allow up to 10 weeks from order to dispatch for made-to-order pieces. Each piece is hand-built, dried, bisque-fired, glazed and fired again.
I'll email you when your order is on its way.
Packaging
Everything is carefully packaged and sent with tracking. I reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible.
Returns
For online orders, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel, followed by 14 days to return your item. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please email me with your order details and photos so I can arrange an appropriate remedy.
Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in colour, form, glaze and texture are normal. Standard made-to-order items are still eligible for change-of-mind returns. Exceptions apply to items made to your specific requirements or clearly personalised.
