Where I ship

UK only for now. I'm a one-person studio, so I'm keeping things small and local while I find my feet.

Lead time

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 6 weeks from order to dispatch. Each piece is hand-built, dried, bisque-fired, glazed, and fired again — slow work that can't be rushed.

I'll email you when your piece is on its way.

Packaging

Everything is wrapped carefully and sent tracked. I reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever I can.

Returns

If your piece arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days with a photo and I'll sort a replacement or refund.

Because each piece is made to order, I can't accept returns for change of mind. Small variations in colour, form, and texture are part of how handmade pieces look — they aren't faults.
